What is CBD?
Understanding Hemp Extract CBD
CBD, short for Cannabidiol, is a naturally occurring compound found in both industrial hemp and cannabis plants. Our CBD products are sourced exclusively from hemp, ensuring they are legal, safe, and non-psychoactive. CBD interacts with the Endocannabinoid System (ECS), which helps regulate various physiological processes, including mood, pain sensation, and immune responses. It's more abundant in hemp than marijuana and is widely researched for its potential health benefits. We encourage you to explore CBD and cannabinoids further through your own research.
Are your products legal in the US?
Yes, our products are legal to purchase and ship within the United States under the 2018 Farm Bill. You do not need a medical marijuana card to purchase our hemp-derived CBD products.
Are there any contraindications with medication?
For specific concerns about interactions with medications, we recommend consulting your physician.
We are not doctors and can not guarantee the likelihood of adverse or negative reactions.
CBD Isolate, Full Spectrum & THC Isolate, What is the difference?
THC Exploration: Diving into THC and Cannabis
Welcome to the world of cannabis products! There are three main types: CBD Isolate, Full Spectrum, and THC Isolate. CBD Isolate contains pure CBD without any other cannabinoids. Full Spectrum products include a range of cannabinoids and terpenes from the cannabis plant, including a small amount of THC for added effects. THC Isolate consists solely of THC without CBD. Whether you prefer products without THC, those that include the full array of cannabis compounds, or pure THC experiences, there's a product suited to your preferences!
What is THC?
THC, or Tetrahydrocannabinol, is a compound found in cannabis that interacts with the body's endocannabinoid system to produce psychoactive effects, including relaxation and euphoria. It's popular for its ability to enhance mood and creativity, offering a unique way to unwind or enhance social experiences.
Who uses THC?
THC is increasingly embraced by professionals seeking balance and enhanced experiences in their daily lives. It can provide focus and relaxation without impairing cognitive function, making it suitable for integrating into both work and leisure activities.
Unfortunately, companies in Florida are unable to sell THCA products due to the current law, which states that hemp products must not exceed 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis. This threshold includes the total THC content, calculated as THC x 0.877 + THCA. While many other companies continue to sell THCA products, they often do so because they have not yet been inspected or do not hold the correct hemp permits. Companies without proper licensing are not subject to the same level of inspection as registered ones, such as The Hemp Dispensary. To remain compliant with current laws and state standards, we will not be carrying THCA products in any of our stores.
Is Hemp-derived THC Legal in my state?
Hemp-derived THC is legal in states that comply with the regulations outlined in the 2018 Farm Bill, which mandates THC content must not exceed 0.3% by weight in hemp-derived products.
How long does it take to feel the effects of THC?
THC typically takes between 30 minutes to 2 hours to take effect, influenced by factors such as metabolism and the method of consumption. Its effects can last for several hours after ingestion.
Will I pass a drug test if I take Hemp-derived THC?
Using Hemp-derived THC may result in a positive drug test, as it can be detected depending on test sensitivity and individual metabolism.
