Please allow 1-7 business days to process your order. If an order is missing information or a product becomes unavailable, processing time may be delayed. Please keep an eye out for email notifications regarding your order. It is the customers duty to ensure a timely response to order issues so we can process the order as quickly as possible.
The Hemp Dispensary is not responsible for any lost or stolen product, once the package leaves our facilities. The company is not responsible for any shipping delays from the selected carrier service. If you do not receive your package in a timely manner, please check with your local service provider first. If they are unable to assist you, you may reach out to our team and we will attempt to resolve the situation to the best of our ability.
Orders can be picked up daily, based on the selected store (hours may differ). An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
During checkout, enter your postal code to see if we deliver to your area. If the local delivery option is not available at checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before store hours will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of selected store hours will be delivered the next day. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Processed orders are generally shipped within 3-6 business days using USPS and UPS shipping providers. The delivery standard is 3-6 days. The flat rate shipping fee is based on order quantity and weight. This applies to orders shipping automatically.
We currently do not ship outside of the United States
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on quantity and weight displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
THE HEMP DISPENSARY is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at csr@thehempdispensary.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
